We have an outfit for business by day or party by night. We provide fashions for the Petite and Sassy Plus women. Our sizes are true to size. Follow the chart for assistance.

Exchanges Only! Exchanges must be requested within 5 days of receiving product(s). After the 5 days If no request has been inquired, NO! exchange request will be accepted. The reason for this is that exchanges has a 14 business day window from time of receiving your item(s). No exchanges on sale items. Refunds are Only given when a item is purchased and paid in full, but the item(s) was found to be out of stock during processing or if the customer detects a manufacturer defect of the product once received.
These two reasons are the only reason a refund will be warranted. To request a refund or exchange please use the [Drop Us A Line Box] or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your request. Approved Refunds will be credited to your method of payment within 5-7 business days. Refunds are paid back in full. There will be No refunds or exchanges on Swimwear, Lingerie and hosiery. NO! exceptions. This is for the safety of our customers and our business.
Once the customers Return request has been submitted, the customer will receive an email from Brash & Sassy Boutique with instructions on how to send their Return/ Exchange back to our warehouse.
To return an item(s) back to Brash & Sassy for an exchange or refund the cost will be the customers responsibility. To send out an exchange the cost will be that of Brash & Sassy Boutique.

All orders take 1 to 3 business days to process before being shipped out.
Once your item is shipped it normally takes less than 7 business for deliver. (During the holiday season it may be extended)
We are not responsible for and are excused from performing due to events outside of our control, including but not limited to acts of God, weather-related delays.
(2) Day Shipping: It will take 1- 2 business days for processing. Once processed, your order will be delivered to its destination in two(2)
